We understand every aircraft has a different type of metal and reactivity, therefore we use the best equipment and high grade polishers to polish and restore shine to leading edges, spinners, engine inlets, thrust reversers, and bare aluminum skins.

Heavy oxidation, stains, pitting and most scratches can be removed by use of drum (barrel) buffers and variable speed buffers.

All polished surfaces are then treated for greater protection and to slow oxidation.

Our staff is trained to gently wash your aircraft with exclusively formulated neutral and gentle products and specifically designed soft bristle aircraft brushes to leave paint surfaces clean and shiny.

We never use pressure washers to wash your aircraft as they remove necessary lubrication and can seriously damage aircraft paint. Every wash is followed by a careful dry and soft chamois detail. Abiding to strict airport and environmental regulations we use our mobile water recovery system and can work wherever necessary.

First we determine the condition of the paint and choose the right non silicone based product. We do not have a “one product fits all” approach. Specifically designed paint polishes are used to effectively remove carbon exhaust, oil, bugs, hydraulic fluid and any other airborne contaminant and preserve the surfaces.

If your paint is newer, regular maintenance can create a continuing surface barrier against most of effects of airborne chemicals and ultraviolet radiation. Paint can be preserved in “new” condition longer and the color balance intended by the manufacturer maintained.

Another product we use can really clean those tough situations - dull, dirt-catching oxidized paint, stained & oxidized gelcoat, baked-on thrust reverser “carbon rings”, turbine exhaust trails, and wherever you need to perform “appearance” magic. It can remove most dullness and oxidation to restore paint finishing while giving a protective U/V coating against atmospheric corrosion, salt spray & pollution without color change.
